She loves him so much already! I can already tell that she is going to be little mommy to baby Garrett when he arrives. She hugs, kisses, and tells him "Hi!" as she waves her hand at my belly daily. It is the sweetest thing. Of course, I really don't think she understands or maybe she really does think my belly is a baby? Either way, soon enough she will figure it out.
We went out to eat the other day and she saw a baby at the table next to us. The baby was getting a little fussy. She looked up at me and said "Baby's crying!" Her little face shriveled up and squinted in the baby's direction. She was so concerned. She would not stop staring and pointing. Secretly, I loved it! I can already tell how she is going to take to her little brother and it makes my heart melt.
